Three functions are provided. One implements our model, the Method of Successive Dichotomizations (MSD). Another function generates sets of ordered thresholds for N persons, M items and L thresholds. A third function generates rating category probability curves comparing predicted to true probabilities of observing each rating category.

Custom R function for producing count data from the plugin output

This custom R function takes as input a folder containing all count tables outputted by the plugin (one file per picture), performs a user-defined filtering step and produces a table containing final egg count estimates. It also processes the name of the count tables so that the user can retrieve all information regarding the assayed population (e.g., replicate, treatment, date) in its output. All options are described in the function.
