Rocket is the first attempt at handling one of the particular problems that other tools have failed to solve. This presentation will demonstrate AARNet’s experiences and tools used high-speed data transfers of different kinds of research data.

This paper considers the NP-hard problem of reconstructing binary matrices satisfying exactly-1-4-adjacency constraint from its row and column projections. This problem is formulated into a maximization problem. The objective function gives a measure of adjacency constraint for the binary matrices. This paper proposes a regulation method of back-to-back connected three-level converters in order to reduce the torque ripple in induction motor.
