What happens when designer dreams meet business reality? This paper illustrates how a group of professional designers experienced emotional tensions and conflicts of personal and professional identity during an eight-week voluntary course on business and entrepreneurship for the creative professions. My paper is devoted to a contrastive-pragmatic analysis of Danish interrogative sentences involving the particles da, vel and så. The speaker’s choice of a specific particle in otherwise identical contexts is not at all accidental: it signals different communication strategies which, each in its own way, define his attitude towards the utterance, the hearer’s strategy and the actual situation, but which also indicate the degree of epistemic responsibility taken by him.

The article compares directive utterances from Danish film-dialogues with their translations into Russian. The attention is focused on some typical deviations between the two languages in pragmatic meanings communicated by their imperative structures and other volitive utterances. I artiklen redegøres for reglerne, der ligger til grund for processen før skelforret-ningen. Begrænsningen i parternes adgang til domstolene problematiseres. Det konstateres, at retsvirkning af henholdsvis rekvisition og indkaldelse ikke er fuldt afklarede. Der argumenteres endvidere for, at kravene til oplysning af sagens parter er utilstrækkelige.

I artiklen redegøres for, hvilke proceselementer der skal indgå i en skelforretning, og der søges udledt en procesrækkefølge. Endvidere foretages en sammenligning mellem gældende og tidligere regler. I den forbindelse problematiseres det, at regler vedrørende flere proceselementer blev fjernet ved udstykningsreformen, der trådte i kraft i 1991.
