В работе рассмотрены вопросы таможенного администрирования и таможенных процедур. Были проанализированы такие аспекты, как теоретические основы таможенных и административных процедур, использование информационных технологий в таможенной сфере. Проведен анализ деятельности таможенных и иных государственных контролирующих органов, выявлены проблемы, возникающие при осуществлении таможенного администрирования, и разработаны рекомендации, которые помогут оптимизировать данные проблемы. В заключении описаны предложения и инструменты, направленные на совершенствования в данной сфере.
