Molecular Phenotype Distribution of Single Rat Intracardiac Neurons

Intracardiac neuron (ICN) samples were collected from a female rat heart using laser capture microdissection. We acquired transcriptomics data for 154 genes from the 151 samples we collected. Images of sampled neurons allow for 3D reconstruction of data.
