Permeability of bituminous coal to CH4 and CO2 under fixed volume and stress boundary conditions: Effects of sorption

Jinfeng Liu
We report permeability data of a cylindrical sample of high volatile bituminous coal (25mm in diameter) with a clearly visible cleat system, to CH4 and CO2, performed under (near) fixed volume versus fixed stress conditions. To isolate the effect of sorption on permeability evolution, helium (non-sorbing gas) was used as a control fluid. All flow-through tests reported here were conducted under conditions of single-phase flow at 40℃, employing Terzaghi effective stresses of 14-35MPa. This experimental...

Friction data of simulated basaltic fault gouge under hydrothermal conditions [updated]

Hanaya Okuda
We performed friction experiments on simulated basaltic gouge under hydrothermal conditions to investigate roles of subducting oceanic crust on seismogenesis in subduction zones. In this dataset, we report raw data, processed data after removal of seal friction effects, velocity dependence of friction coefficients, and the processing script for each experiment. The data is provided in 13 zip-files for 13 experiments. Detailed information about the files in these zip-files as well as information on how the...

Vital@2040 professional and policy makers data

Anne Annink
The aim of Vital@2040 is to increase physical activity among groups of children with lower physical activity rates, by contributing to the development and evaluation of interventions. First, Vital@2040 examined parental, professional and policy maker hindering and supporting influences on facilitating club-organized sports participation for children, including on acquiring financial support for children’s sports participation. The study was completed in April 2022. Second, Vital@2040 build Living Labs with local stakeholders in order to develop and...

Understanding Enhanced Rotational Dynamics of Active Probes in Rod Suspensions

Meike Bos
Data package accompanying the publication with the above title in Soft Matter [10.1039/d2sm00583b]. This package provides all the relevant information for numerically studying Active Brownian particles (APs) exhibiting enhanced rotational diffusion (ERD) in a quasi-two-dimensional suspension of colloidal rods. Activity couples AP-rod contacts to reorientation, with the variance therein leading to ERD. This ERD is captured by a a variant of the coupling used in our previous phenomenological modeling [10.1103/PhysRevLett.125.258002; and associated data package 10.24416/UU01-NXITLI]....

European Sustainable Workforce Survey - Wave 2

Tanja Van der Lippe
A sustainable European workforce has become increasingly relevant in our present day and age. Flexibility and job insecurity are omnipresent; organizational workforces are displaying growing diversity with respect to age, gender, ethnicity and family status; and Europe’s welfare states are delegating more and more responsibility for the well-being of workers to employers. Now more so than ever, organizations need to consider investing in workers to improve their performance and level of satisfaction. These investments can...

Questioning the Conversion Paradox: Gender, Sexuality, and Belonging amongst Women Becoming Jewish, Christian, and Muslim in the Netherlands

Lieke Schrijvers
This dataset contains the anonymized of my PhD research about Dutch women who converted to Judaism, Christianity or Islam, which resulted in the PhD dissertation 'Questioning the Conversion Paradox: Gender, Sexuality, and Belonging amongst Women Becoming Jewish, Christian, and Muslim in the Netherlands.' The research explores the intersections of gender and religion in the process of conversion and in female converts' everyday religious practice. In order to investigate this question in the three groups comparatively,...

The paper contains all information on procedures, settings and data analyses. The data in this supplement is a timeseries of bathymetry and model input and output to calculate the flow fields. The data...
