GATA2 and GATA3 role in trophoblast development and hematopoiesis development

I study GATA2 and GATA3 role in trophoblast development and hematopoiesis development. I combine Crispr Cas9 for double knockout both GATA2 and GATA3. GATA2&3 DKO cell was characterized with IF stianing, WB. Then human TSC differentiation was performed. For hematopoiesis development, i conducte HEMO to test hematopoiesis differentiation efficiency of GATA2&3 DKO cells.
