A 178 node directed Bitcoin address subgraph

Frederique Elise Oggier, Silivanxay Phetsouvanh & Anwitaman Datta
This dataset contains an address subgraph of the Bitcoin network comprising 178 nodes. Every line contains 2 Bitcoin addresses separated by a comma. This represents a directed edge in this subgraph. This data was extracted from the Bitcoin transaction network by Phetsouvanh Silivanxay.

Related data for: Indium Tungsten Oxide Thin Films for Flexible High-Performance Transistors and Neuromorphic Electronics

Nidhi Tiwari, Mayank Rajput, Rohit Abraham John, Anh Chien Nguyen & Nripan Mathews
Thin-film transistors (TFTs) with high electrical performances (mobility > 10 cm2/V s, Vth 1 V, SS 1 V/decade, on/off ratio ≈ 106) obtained from the silicon- and oxide-based single-crystalline semiconductor materials require high processing temperature and hence are not suitable for flexible electronics. Amorphous oxide-based transparent electronic devices are attractive to meet emerging technological demands where crystalline oxide-/silicon-based architectures cannot provide a solution. Here, we tackle this problem by using a novel amorphous oxide semiconducting...

Meta-lay theories of scientific potential drive women and minorities’ sense of belonging in science.

Krishna Savani
The current research investigates people’s perceptions of others’ lay theories (or mindsets), an understudied construct that we call meta-lay theories. Six studies examine whether underrepresented students’ meta-lay theories influence their sense of belonging to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The studies tested whether underrepresented students who perceive their faculty as believing most students have high scientific aptitude (a universal metatheory) would report a stronger sense of belonging to STEM than those who think their...

Is education a fundamental right? People’s lay theories about intellectual potential drive their positions on education.

Krishna Savani
Does every child have a fundamental right to receive a high-quality education? We propose that people’s beliefs about whether “nearly everyone” or “only some people” have high intellectual potential drive their positions on education. Three studies found that the more people believed that nearly everyone has high potential, the more they viewed education as a fundamental human right. Furthermore, people who viewed education as a fundamental right, in turn (a) were more likely to support...

Development of endurance fitness test system and standards for airport emergency officer vocation

Chin Leong Fabian Lim
This study is related to an earlier study in 2017 "Develop, design, recommend physical fitness tests and standards to assess airport emergency service (AES) officers' physical fitness level to perform their work in aircraft rescue fire-fighting (ARFF) effectively". Data for the study is classified as sensitive/confidential. Contact the author(s) if you wish to learn more about this dataset.

Replication Data for: Interfacial Mechanism for Efficient Resistive Switching in Ruddlesden-Popper Perovskites for Non-Volatile Memories

Solanki Ankur, Antonio Guerrero, Zhang Qiannan, Juan Bisquert & Sum Tze Chien
Ion migration, one origin of current–voltage hysteresis, is the bane of halide perovskite optoelectronics. Herein, we leverage this unwelcome trait to unlock new opportunities for resistive switching using layered Ruddlesdsen–Popper perovskites (RPPs) and explicate the underlying mechanisms. The ON/OFF ratio of RPP-based devices is strongly dependent on the layers and peaks at n̅ = 5, demonstrating the highest ON/OFF ratio of ∼104 and minimal operation voltage in 1.0 mm2 devices. Long data retention even in...

Replication Data for: Resolving Spectral Mismatch Errors for Perovskite Solar Cells in Commercial Class AAA Solar Simulators

Senyun Ye, Chen Bingbing, Cheng Yuanhang, Feng Minjun, Rao Haixia, Lam Yeng Ming & Sum Tze Chien
In this Viewpoint article, the spectral mismatch errors of three commercial Class AAA solar simulators used for typical perovskite solar cell (PSC) characterization are evaluated. Our findings indicate that the spectral mismatch of the specific solar simulators can result in measurement uncertainties over 10% for the PSCs [relative to the ideal air mass (AM) 1.5 global (G) condition], despite conforming to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. To minimize the spectral mismatch errors, we propose...
