JOANNE : Joint dropsonde Observations of the Atmosphere in tropical North atlaNtic meso-scale Environments (v2.0.0)Geet George
As part of the EUREC4A field campaign which took place over the tropical North Atlantic during January-February 2020, 1215 dropsondes from the HALO and WP-3D aircraft were deployed through 26 flights to improve the current understanding of the atmospheric environment in the trade-wind regions, complementing simultaneous measurements from a multitude of platforms. We present JOANNE, the dataset that contains these dropsonde measurements of temperature, pressure, relative humidity and horizontal winds, along with the products derived...
SOFOG3D - cloud base heights and retrodiffusion from ceilometer CL51at LE TUZAN station
Stable water isotope data in water vapour and individual total cloud water samples measured on board the ATR-42 during EUREC4A with a fast-response Picarro cavity ring-down spectrometer version L2130-i with 280 ml/min flow rate, includes VSMOW-SLAP normalisation, no drift correction (drift smaller than precision of measurements), overall procedure follows Aemisegger et al. 2012 AMT, water vapour mixing ratio correction following Weng et al. 2020 AMT. Data published along with Bailey et al. ESSD data paper.
