RACINE2.2 est une application de traitement de données racinaires fondée sur des comptages, sur le terrain, d’impacts de racine au travers d’une grille placée sur un profil de sol. Cette méthode permet de mesurer les intersections entre un plan représenté par ce profil de sol et les racines. Elle donne accès à la densité des impacts (nombre par unité de surface de sol) et à leur répartition spatiale (gradients, hétérogénéités). Puis, par modélisation, à l’estimation...
