Thomas NeumannDownward spectral solar irradiance as measured in different depths under sea ice (transmitted irradiance) at ROV station PS81/566-1
Klaus M Meiners & Stefanie Arndt
Measurements of solar radiation over and under sea ice have were carried out during the expedition ANT-29/7 of the German ice-breaker R/V Polarstern during the 'Winter studies on sea ice and key species' (WISKEY) project in the northern Weddell Sea. The given data were collected during the second ice camp from 18 to 26 September 2013 on a 100m-by-100m grid during 17 dives of the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). All radiation measurements have been performed...

Ocean acidification (OA) and hypoxic events are increasing worldwide problems, their interactive effects have not been well clarified, although their co-occurrence is prevalent. The East China Sea (the Yangtze River estuary area) suffers from not only coastal hypoxia but also pH fluctuation, representing an ideal study site to explore the combined effect of OA and hypoxia on marine bivalves. We experimentally evaluated the antioxidant response of the mussel Mytilus coruscus exposed to three pH levels...
(Table 2) Strontium isotopic composition of the interstitial water and carbonate from IODP Hole 308-U1322B

The precision resulted in absolute uncertainties in the 87Sr/86Sr ratio is about 2 × 10^-5. Measurement of 87Sr/86Sr ratio for NIST 987 Sr standard during the course of these analyses yielded a value of 0.710247 ± 0.000015 (2 sigma, n = 10), which is the same as the reported value by other laboratories (e.g., 0.710254 ± 0.000023, McArthur, 1994, doi:10.1111/j.1365-3121.1994.tb00507.x).

The present data set provides a tab separated text file compressed in a zip archive. The file includes metadata for each TaraOceans V9 rDNA metabarcode including the following fields:md5sum = unique identifier; lineage = taxonomic path associated to the metabarcode; pid = % identity to the closest reference barcode from V9_PR2; sequence = nucleotide sequence of the metabarcode; refs = identity of the best hit reference sequence(s); TARA_xxx = number of occurrences of this barcode...
