Public Corpus OpenPose frame extractor

Marc Schulder
The Public DGS Corpus provides OpenPose data for all of its transcripts. Each transcript collects all of its pose information in a single file, using the DGS-Korpus OpenPose wrapper format. This script converts these files into the one-frame-per-file format used by the OpenPose demo. For more information, see the project note OpenPose in the Public DGS Corpus. For the reverse procedure (many frame files to single wrapper file), see the DGS-Korpus OpenPose wrapper script. For...

Invenio migration kit

Esteban José García Gabancho & Kai Wörner
Migration tool to move data in parallel background sessions into an Invenio/Zenodo instance bypassing the upload interface, creating metadata and publishing the records.

XML NLP Pipeline

David Maus
The XML NLP Pipeline is a Java command line application that integrates the Stanford CoreNLP pipeline (Manning et al. 2014) in an XML-based processing pipeline. It uses a simplified version of the Separated Markup API for XML (SMAX) by Nico Verwer (Verwer 2020) to patch the annotated tokens back to the XML document, preserving all previous annotations. Bibliography Imsieke, Gerrit. 2018. “Tokenized-to-Tree: An XProc/XSLT Library For Patching Back Tokenization/Analysis Results Into Marked-up Text.” In XML...

HamNoSys TeX-Package

Marc Schulder & Thomas Hanke
The Hamburg Notation System, HamNoSys for short, is a system for the phonetic transcription of signed languages.
The TeX package hamnosys makes the HamNoSys font available in TeX documents.
The package requires the use of XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX. The package provides a Unicode font for rendering HamNoSys symbols as well as three methods for entering them.

Handwriting Analysis Tool v3.5 (HAT3.5)

Hussein Mohammed
What is new in this version? Better and more intuitive design. Progress indicator is now provided. Upload size-limit is increased. Analysing the images is sped up. Several bug fixes. This software tool has been developed by Dr. Hussein Mohammed as a part of sub-project RFA05: Pattern Recognition in 2D Data from Digitised Images and Advanced Aquisition Techniques. The main goal of HAT is to analyse handwriting styles of different scribes and sort them according to...

X-Ray Fluorescence Data Analysis Tool v1.3 (XRF-DAT1.3)

Hussein Mohammed
The main goal of this software tool is to analyse tabular data generated by X-Ray Fluorescence spectrometers within the scope of analysing writing, painting, and supports materials of written artefacts. The main tasks achieved by this software tool are: Process the generated tabular data according to user-defined settings for manual inspection. Generate a table to be used for scatter plots. Calculate distances between different measurements using Euclidean distance measure (L2). Process multiple measurements per source...
