This report provides findings from an evaluation of 1800RESPECT, the national online and telephone counselling service for people affected by domestic and family violence and sexual assault. The evaluation considered the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of 1800RESPECT using a mixed method design. The 2010 census data shows that, about 35.8 million children (0-17) were migrant children, among whom 17 million lived outside the county where their Hukou was registered in.
