An online and paper knowledge, attitudes, and practices survey on ticks and tick-borne diseases (TBD) was distributed to farmers in Illinois during summer 2020 to spring 2022 (paper version titled Final Draft Farmer KAP_v.SoftCopy_Revised.docx).
