The composite depth scale for Holes 1077A and 1077B (Shipboard Scientific Party, 1998) contains imperfections between 115 and 155 meters composite depth (mcd). The spliced magnetic susceptibility record shows discrepancies when compared to the record of Site 1075 at 120-125 and 140-150 mcd (Ocean Drilling Program [ODP] Site 1077 scale) around marine isotope Stages 22 and 34, respectively.
