Tb3Mn3Ga2Si crystallizes in the hexagonal P-62m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tb is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Mn, four equivalent Ga, and one Si atom. There are four shorter (3.19 Å) and two longer (3.34 Å) Tb–Mn bond lengths. All Tb–Ga bond lengths are 2.93 Å. The Tb–Si bond length is 2.89 Å.
