(CH)3Cu3C13As2H13Br3(NO)2 crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of six methane molecules and one Cu3C13As2H13Br3(NO)2 ribbon oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. In the Cu3C13As2H13Br3(NO)2 ribbon, there are three inequivalent Cu1+ sites. In the first Cu1+ site, Cu1+ is bonded in a distorted trigonal planar geometry to one N3- and two Br1- atoms.
