Effects of losses disguised as wins on response vigor - Experiment 3

Zhang Chen, Charlotte Eben & Frederick Verbruggen
In two previous experiments, we found that losses disguised as wins (LDWs, i.e., 'winning' part of one's wager back) had a distinct influence on response vigor compared to both regular wins and regular losses. However, some potentially confounding factors still existed. In the current experiment, we use a new design to address these issues.
