IMPORTANCE: Studies suggest gut worms induce immune responses that can protect against multiple sclerosis (MS). There are no controlled treatment trials with helminth in MS. OBJECTIVE: To determine whether hookworm treatment has effects on MRI activity and T regulatory cells in relapsing MS.
