The atomagined dataset is a collection of atomic-resolution images of unique ICSD structure prototypes, simulated in the high angle annular dark field (HAADF) STEM modality. All images are calculated using PRISM imaging software, and post-processed to emulate noise and distortion conditions common to the HAADF STEM imaging mode.
