GNSS-based tropospheric delays estimated operationally in real-time by the Royal Observatory of Belgium (ROB) - Solar-Terrestrial Centre of Excellence (STCE) in the framework of its participation to the COST Action ES1206 GNSS4SWEC and the IAG WG 4.3.7 "Real-time GNSS Troposphere Monitoring".
