Background:Haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT) based on granulocyte colony-stimulating factor plus anti-thymocyte regimens (‘Beijing Protocol’) provides a salvage treatment for patients of acquired severe aplastic anemia (SAA) in China.
