The Spanish Initiative for Electronic Simulations with Thousands of Atoms (SIESTA) is a powerful modeling tool that analyzes the electrodynamics of a molecule or solid. It can also evaluate the photoelectric characteristics of N-body systems like Si clathrate QDs.
