Objective: To describe asymmetrical disappearance of reticular pseudodrusen (RPD) in patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods: SDOCTs and infrared images of four patients with RPD were retrospectively collected and evaluated during long-term follow-up of up to 47 months (range 35–47 months).
