As a result of a reexamination of a couple of the most important archaeological sites of Upper Pleistocene age in Middle Europe the following climatic evolution can be given as proofed: 1. A full-interglacial phase (with antiquus-faune). 2. A full-glacial phase with a relative short oscillation enclosed (sedimentation of the two upper „Younger Loesses").
