Neue Ergebnisse zur Stratigraphie und Landschaftsentwicklung im Jungpleistozän Westholsteins

The Early Weichselian stratigraphy has been proved by pollenanalytical investigations of an almost undisturbed series of more than 25 m thick limnic sediments which were deposited during the Early Weichselian. Attemptions have been made to correlate this with the development of sediments and soils conservated in terrestric depressions. In Schalkholz this correlation partly has been proved by pollen analysis.
