The glacial sediments in the coastal cliffs on Usedom, NE Germany, were studied with emphasis on reconstructing the paleoenvironmental development. In the lower part of the sections, the strongly sheared Langerberg till crops out. It is part of what is probably a marginal push moraine complex, deposited during a re-advance, possibly from the northwest.
