Atmospheric longwave radiation is one of the needed climatic boundary conditions in Heat-Air-Moisture (HAM) simulation programs. The paper presents principal procedures for the computation of atmospheric longwave radiation under clear and cloudy skies by means of simple near-ground weather data.
