Activating deep approach to learning in large classes through quizzes

The aim of this paper is to describe a new learning activity, Reflection quizzes, the design and to analyse how learning is affected. Reflection quizzes are given in the beginning of lecture allowing students to test themselves on how much they remember from the previous lecture. I go through the answers briefly.
