HA-RNA polymerase II ChIP-seq in RAJI cells

This experiment was to assess total RNA pol II genome-wide binding locations in immortalized B lymphocyte in culture. The ChIP was performed with an anti-HA antibody that is fused to the largest subunit of Pol II in order to facilitate the IP procedure.

We are interested in transcription factor binding patterns both in murine ES cells and in differentiated T cells. Among others we study genome wide recruitment of RNA poymerase II, TBP, polycomb and other TFs in these cells using either chip on chip or ChIPseq approaches.
