Suz12 ChIP-on-chip of mouse embryonic stem cell

We aim to identify target sequences of suz12, a member of the polycomb group proteins (PcG) PRC2 (polycomb repressive complex 2). We study the role played by this polycomb complex on genetic plasticity during embryonic development in undifferentiated mouse embryonic stem cells (day 8). Suz12 is required for trimethylation of the tail of histone H3 on lysine 27 (H3K27me3). This epigenetic modification of chromatin induces dynamic repression of many target genes involved in developmental pathways....

Deciphering Transcriptional Regulatory Networks that Control Differentiation, Identity and Proliferation of Murine ES and T Cells

We are interested in transcription factor binding patterns both in murine ES cells and in differentiated T cells. Among others we study genome wide recruitment of RNA poymerase II, TBP, polycomb and other TFs in these cells using either chip on chip or ChIPseq approaches.
