We investigate the dimerization of SDF-1 in microM concentration and in the presence of sulfated oligosaccharides, using affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE) hyphenated to electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI/MS). Chemokine stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) is a potent chemoattractant involved in leukocyte trafficking and metastasis.
