Introduction: Splenic artery pseudoaneurysms (SAP) represent a rare clinical entity typically caused by sequelae of pancreatitis or abdominal trauma. Unprovoked, spontaneous SAP are exceedingly rare, with only two other case reports in the literature up to date.
