Wallace’s Riverine Barrier hypotheses is one of the earliest biogeographic explanations for Amazon speciation, but it has rarely been tested in plants. In this study, we used three woody Amazonian plant species to evaluate Wallace’s Hypothesis using tools of landscape genomics.
