Objective: Evaluate the relationship between initial haemostatic parameters and the frequency and severity of bleeding in neonates with hypoxic–ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE). Design: Retrospective observational cohort study. Setting: 2 academically affiliated level III neonatal intensive care units in Atlanta, Georgia.
