Processing of Lignocellulosic Biomass to Produce Biodiesel

The main challenge of producing biodiesel from renewable lignocellulosic biomass through hydrolysis and fermentation is overcoming the cost-limiting factors associated with various stages of this technology. In the present research, Sorghum and Giant Reed has been studied as a nutrient for the Lipomyces starkeyi, oleaginous yeast.
