Function Modeling of Inhibition in Bioethanol Fermentation Using an Adaptive System

This work concerns adaptive function modeling of inhibitory levels of and correlation between ethanol, dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2), pH, temperature, mash, rate of microbial growth and mass transfer of ethanol in stripping gas during anaerobic batch fermentation. The anaerobic batch fermentation experimental setup included six reactors of one litre each with sensors connected to a parameters recording system.
