Energy Recovery of CCB-Treated Wood: Influence of Copper, Chromium and Boron on Pyrolysis Process

This paper investigate the effect of copper, chromium and boron on the pyrolysis of wood and their distribution in the pyrolysis products. For this, we have impregnated a mixture of softwood with several inorganic compounds (CuSO4, KCr(SO4)2, B4Na2O7) and with chromate copper boron salt (CCB).
