The Use of Intermediate Pyrolysis Process to Increase the Energy Recovery from Sewage Sludge

Intermediate pyrolysis was applied to dried digested sludge at 500°C and yielded an average of 48 wt% char, 40 wt% bio­oil and 12 wt% non condensable gases.
