N, P, K Recovery by Wet Oxidation of Fermentation Residue for Renewable Re-Generation of Yeast

Y. Yamashita, Y. Matsumura & T. Yanagida
Yeast was treated by wet oxidation to recover N, P, and K as a model compound for the ethanol fermentation residue. It was found that treatment at 200 oC for 30 min is sufficient to recover all P and K in the liquid phase, but N recovery is not complete.
