Different steam reforming experiments were carried out at 650 ºC and atmospheric pressure using a fixed bed reactor. A Ni-Co/Al-Mg catalyst and a W/morg ratio of 4 g catalyst min/ g organics were used. From the experiments it was found that the technology of pyrolysis and the kind of biomass had a significant influence on the steam reforming of their corresponding aqueous fractions of bio-oils at the experimental condition tested.
