Simultaneous Thermal Analysis as a Method for Characterizing the Thermal Behaviour of Different Solid Biomass Fuels

For different woody and non-woody biomass types as well as various mixtures with and without additives thermal degradation behavior and ignition temperatures were determined. The experiments were carried out using simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) in oxidizing and inert atmosphere.
