This work dealt with the determination of catalytic activity and kinetic constants of glucose oxidase ( KM = 15.6 mM; Vmax = 34.1x10-3 mg H2O2/min.mL), glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase-NADP dependent (G6PDH; KM = 15.3 µM; Vmax = 0.110 µM/s) and glutamate dehydrogenase-NADPH dependent (GLUDH; KM = 0.052 µM; Vmax = 0.192 µM/s).
