Pressurized Oxygen Blown Entrained Flow Gasification of Pyrolysis Oil

In this work, pyrolysis oil was prepared from pine wood and gasified in an oxygen blown pressurized entrained flow gasifier (PEBG) at 0.25 MWth, oxygen equivalence ratio around 0.5 with an oxygen concentration of 70­80% of the inlet gas (i.e. 20­30% nitrogen) and at a pressure of 1.95 bar (g).
