Oxide semiconductor gas sensors with high response, rapid responding/recovering speed, selectivity, and low humidity dependence are designed by controlling the sizes, dimensions, morphologies, assembled configurations, nano-porosities, p-n junctions and surface modification of oxide nanostructures.
