P1.1.23 Cerium oxide ISFET based immune biosensor for control of bacterial contamination

A new cerium oxide ISFET based immune biosensor for the determination of Salmonella in solution was developed. It was chosen "sandwich" algorithm of analysis when one part of specific antibodies was immobilized on the transducer surface and other one labeled by the horse radish peroxidase (HRP) was added to analyzed solution.
