P1.4.14 Hydrogen sensing properties of doped and undoped TiO2 nanotubes

In this work, we fabricated undoped and doped TiO2 nanotubes for investigating H2 sensor properties of these structures. Ti foil was anodized in an aqueous HF electrolyte (0.5 wt %) to form TiO2 nanotube arrays.
