P2.2.11 Electrochemical cell with electrically addressable cantilever arrays

In this paper, an electrochemical measurement cell with electrically addressable cantilever arrays is presented. The cell allows 3-electrode configuration electrochemical measurements, including cyclic voltamperometry and potentiometry. It also allows a readout laser beam to be passed through an optical window to monitor bending of cantilevers in specially designed electrochemical cantilever arrays.
