P2.4.19 TiO2 nanotube / phthalocyanine hybrid structure for VOC sensor application

The volatile organic compound (VOC) sensing properties of TiO2 nanotube / copper octakisalkylthiophthalocyanine {((C6S)8PcCu} hybrid structure were investigated at room temperature. Ti thin films were anodized in aqueous HF (0.5 wt %) electrolytes by applying 10 V at room temperature to form TiO2 nanotube arrays.
