P2.4.7 Fabrication of Silver Nanoparticles Immobilzed Microfluidic Chip for Chemiluminescence based Analytical Application

Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were successfully immobilized on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surface in the microfluidic chip through surface modification using 3-aminopropyletriethoxy silane (APTES) followed by plasma treatment. The presence of Ag NPs was confirmed by UV-Vis and SEM-EDS spectra. The fabricated microfluidic chip was applied to determine the concentration of L-Cysteine (Cys) sensitively by luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence (CL) system through its inhibition effect.
